What is the difference between resin and ceramic grinding wheels? How to choose?
Resin wheels offer good elasticity, self-sharpening, and low risk of workpiece burning, ideal for high-speed cutting and weld grinding; ceramic wheels have high hardness and good shape retention, suitable for precision grinding. For metal cutting and surface finishing, prioritize resin wheels.
Can cutting and grinding discs be used interchangeably?
No. Cutting discs are designed for high-speed cutting, while grinding discs are for surface finishing. Their bond formulations, abrasive grit sizes, and structures differ entirely. Misuse leads to low efficiency, safety hazards, and even disc breakage.
Do products meet international safety standards?
All products are certified by German MPA for safety, strictly comply with JB/T3715-2016 national standards, and undergo batch testing for rotational strength and imbalance before shipment.
What cutting disc should I choose for metal pipe cutting?

Thin discs (1.2-1.6mm) offer high cutting efficiency and narrow kerfs, suitable for stainless steel and thin-walled pipes; thick discs (2.5-3.0mm) are for thick-walled carbon steel pipes.
What grinding disc is best for stainless steel surface finishing?
For stainless steel surface finishing, recommend resin grinding discs with grit sizes of 60-120. Use 60 grit for rough grinding to remove weld excess, and 100-120 grit for fine grinding to achieve a smooth surface. Avoid using coarse grit directly for fine grinding to prevent surface burns.
